As independent contractors, our tutors have the flexibility to set their own hours and meet with tutees in person. We believe in compensating our tutors generously, offering competitive pay rates that greatly exceed those of other tutoring companies such as Huntington, Kumon, and Mathnasium.
Upon joining our team, we carefully pair you with clients based on your expertise, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and make a meaningful impact. We value the freedom and autonomy our tutors have in tailoring lessons to suit the unique needs of our clients.
