Courtney

Meet Courtney, a former middle school math teacher who embraced the role of a devoted stay-at-home mom. During her teaching tenure in Philadelphia, she achieved remarkable results with advanced PSSA math data. Courtney's true passion lies in fostering strong connections with her students and guiding them to unlock their full potential without fear of math. With tutoring expertise spanning early math tracking, 6th-7th grade math, pre-algebra, algebra I, and geometry, she excels at nurturing young minds and instilling confidence in their mathematical journey. With a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a minor in mathematics, she excels in structural design, particularly in bridge design and inspection. Notably, Alex holds the position of Deputy Director of Public Relations for the Structural Engineering Institute. As a former FIRST Robotics alumni and graduate of OJR, her passion for engineering and commitment to innovation shines through her work. With a blend of expertise and hands-on experience, Alex remains dedicated to pushing the boundaries of structural engineering and leaving a lasting impact in the field.

Matt

Meet Matt, a distinguished scholar with a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of the Sciences. With an impressive portfolio, Matt boasts seven publications and has been honored with various awards, including the Annual Research Day Award, Abraham Glasser Fellowship, and the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy Excellence in Graduate Research Award for his outstanding contributions. Presently, as a Senior Scientist specializing in quantitative whole-body autoradiography, Matt continues to delve into cutting-edge research.
